Fantastic News!! Texas Cottage Law changed on September 1st, 2025 to allow for home based food businesses to sell their products to gift shops and other similar businesses. Before the law change we were only allowed to sell directly to the consumer and one part of the transaction had to be in person. This is an exciting step forward for us with home based food businesses in Texas!!
